Ukiyo Privacy Notice

1. Who is responsible
Ukiyo Compute LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1501 South Greeley Highway, Suite C, #1700, Cheyenne, WY 82007, United States ("Ukiyo", "we"), is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: contact@u-kiyo.ai.
2. What we collect, and why
Account and identity
- Telegram user ID, if you use the Telegram bot. Used to run your account, send rental notifications and deliver access details in the chat.
- Email address, if you give one. Used for payment receipts and GPU access emails.
- Account ID and API credential details: credential name, scopes and limits. We keep only a one-way hash of your API token's secret. The CLI keeps your credential on your own device.
Payments
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. Ukiyo does not receive or store full card numbers.
- We keep payment and refund identifiers, amounts, status, the receipt link and the receipt email address.
Rentals
- The GPU offers you chose, prices, budgets, credit transactions, rental status, timestamps and instance identifiers.
- Instance access details (host, port, SSH credentials), stored encrypted and shown to you through the bot, email, API or CLI.
Your workloads
- Ukiyo does not inspect, copy or keep the data or programs on your instances. Your workload runs on GPU infrastructure operated for Ukiyo by third parties (section 4). When an instance ends, it is destroyed.
Technical logs
- Our servers log requests, including IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamps, for operating and securing the service. These logs are rotated automatically and are not used for advertising.
Website contact forms
- The forms on
u-kiyo.aicollect what you enter (for example name, company, email, phone, country and your message). They are sent by email to contact@u-kiyo.ai and are not stored in a database on the website.
Cookies and analytics
- The
u-kiyo.aiwebsite sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising scripts. - Ukiyo's checkout pages load Stripe.js, which Stripe uses for payment processing and fraud prevention and which may set Stripe cookies.
3. Why we use your data
Where the law requires a legal basis, we use your data to perform our contract with you (your account, rentals, payments, access details and support), to meet legal obligations (payment and accounting records), and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service (request logs, fraud and abuse prevention).
4. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run Ukiyo, and only as needed for that purpose:

We do not sell personal data.
Our service providers may process personal data in countries other than yours, including the United States and the European Union, where data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. You can ask us at contact@u-kiyo.ai for more information about where your data is processed and how it is protected in transit.
5. How long we keep data
- Account, rental and payment records are kept while your account exists and as needed for payment and accounting records. We do not currently delete them automatically.
- Database backups are kept for a limited period (normally 7 days); backups taken before maintenance may be kept longer.
- Request logs are rotated automatically.
6. Security
We protect data with measures such as hashing API secrets, encrypting instance access details, encrypting traffic to Ukiyo's API (HTTPS), and letting you limit agent credentials by scope, spending and concurrency. No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your credentials are exposed, contact us so we can revoke them.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to contact@u-kiyo.ai. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder. Some records may need to be kept for payment and accounting reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under data-protection law, including the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
8. Children
Ukiyo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
9. Changes
We will update this notice when our practices change and show the version and date at the top.
